Terms of Service

These terms apply to food vendors (“you”) who use TokenQ, a service by Glyphora, Kerala, India (“we”). By starting a trial or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. What TokenQ is

A QR-based ordering and token-queue system: a public menu page for your customers, a token status page, and kitchen / counter / owner screens for your staff. TokenQ does not process payments — customers pay you directly at your counter.

2. Trial, pricing and billing

• Every new vendor gets a free 2-week trial with their real menu.
• After the trial: a one-time setup fee of ₹4,999 (menu entry with photos, printed QR standee, staff training) and ₹499 per month, payable in advance by UPI or bank transfer. Founding-vendor prices are fixed for 12 months from sign-up.
• You may cancel any time; the service stops at the end of the paid month. No refunds for a partly used month; the setup fee is not refundable once the setup work is done.
• If a monthly payment is more than 7 days late we may pause your shop’s pages until it is settled.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your menu, prices, food descriptions and allergen information accurate.
• Keep staff logins private; you are responsible for actions taken with them.
• Handle customer names and phone numbers only for fulfilling orders.
• Comply with local food-safety, tax and licensing rules — TokenQ does not replace them.

4. Our responsibilities

• Keep the service running and available; we aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it.
• Fix bugs promptly and provide support on WhatsApp during Indian business hours.
• Protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. What we are not liable for

TokenQ is a tool; you run the shop. We are not liable for lost sales, prank orders, wrong orders, customer disputes, network outages at your location, or indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

6. Ownership

You own your menu, photos and order data. We own the TokenQ software and brand. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Ending the agreement

Either side may end it with 7 days’ notice on WhatsApp. On request we delete your shop’s data within 30 days of ending.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes go to the courts of Kerala.
