Cancellation & Refund Policy

TokenQ is a product of Glyphora, Kerala, India. Payments for TokenQ are collected by Glyphora through Razorpay; the charge on your bank or UPI statement appears as GLYPHORA.

1. What you pay

• No setup fee — menu entry and the QR standee are free.
• Starter ₹499 per shop per month (up to 1,000 orders a month) or Pro ₹999 per shop per month (unlimited orders), in advance, after a free 2-week trial. Pay by UPI AutoPay / card mandate (charged automatically each month) or month by month through a payment link. Set up AutoPay during the trial and your first month is free.
• Prices include all applicable taxes. No hidden charges, no per-order commission.

2. Cancelling

• Cancel anytime from tokenq.in/billing (“Stop AutoPay”) or by WhatsApp. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.
• Your shop keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, customers see “Temporarily closed” and staff cannot take QR orders until a new payment is made. Your menu and order history stay safe for 90 days.
• If you stop during the free trial, nothing is charged.

3. Refunds

• 30-day money-back: if TokenQ doesn’t help your shop, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. Your plan stops and AutoPay is cancelled.
• Monthly fee after that: the current month is non-refundable once charged, because the service is available for the whole month. We do not refund partial months.
• Optional extras you ask for (for example an acrylic standee) are not refundable once made.
• Mistaken or duplicate charges (for example, a double AutoPay debit) are refunded in full within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• If TokenQ was unavailable for more than 24 hours in a month because of a fault on our side, we extend your plan by the lost days at no charge.

4. How to ask

WhatsApp us from the number registered with your shop, or email the address on your invoice. Tell us the shop name and the payment date/amount. We reply within one working day.
