Do my customers need to install an app?+
No. They point the phone camera at the QR standee and the menu opens in the browser. Nothing to install, no sign-up, no OTP.
What equipment do I need?+
Any Android or iPhone with mobile data for the kitchen, and your own phone for the owner screen. No tablet, printer or POS machine.
What if someone places a prank order?+
QR orders stay “pending” until your staff confirms them or marks them PAID. If nobody shows up, the order cancels itself in 15 minutes.
Can I change the menu and prices myself?+
Yes — Admin → Menu on your phone. Add items, change prices, upload photos, hide items. Live in seconds. Sold out is one tap from the kitchen screen.
Do you take a commission on orders?+
No. TokenQ is a flat monthly fee. Payments happen at your counter exactly as they do today — cash, or your own UPI QR / soundbox.
What happens at rush hour if the internet is slow?+
Normal Jio/Airtel data is enough — each order is a few kilobytes. If a phone drops offline, orders queue on the server and appear the moment it reconnects.
Can the cook see my earnings?+
No. Cooks and counter staff get their own logins that show orders only. Revenue, the day summary and menu prices are visible to the owner login alone.
