Delete your account or data

TokenQ staff accounts are created by the shop owner (or by Glyphora during setup), so deletion is handled by request rather than a self-service button. It is free and takes at most 7 days.

Staff login (cook / counter / owner)

• Shop owners can remove any staff login themselves in the app: Admin → Staff logins → Remove. The login is deleted immediately.
• Owners deleting their own login, or a whole shop: message us using the button below. We confirm your identity via the phone number on the shop record.

Whole shop (vendor) data

On request we delete the shop, its menu and photos, all staff logins, and all order history. Anonymised totals (number of orders per day, no names or phone numbers) may be kept for billing records.

Customers who placed an order

If you ordered from a shop and want your name or phone number removed from that order, message us with the shop name and the approximate date — we remove it within 7 days.
